Description

Character design I did.  It's a duelist, and in my mind it uses the electronic vocal cords in it's neck to overpower even the largest symphony, but that doesn't mean it sounds good.

That's really a cool character! I loved the description about the doubt of the vocal cords actually sounding good. :)
